For all US Domestic addresses, we have a flat rate of $9.95 (UPS Ground). However, we offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $75.00!
Currently we cannot ship internationally, but we are working hard on this and will hopefully be able to ship to all of our customers around the world shortly. Sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date.
Customer Service Policy
Candy Pink is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Candy Pink. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, so please choose carefully. However, if your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly refund, exchange or credit the goods. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

We will need the following information when you email us the details on your return:
- Your Order number (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item (if available)
